Shipping and Returns
We offer a flat rate of $10 on all orders under $98 and complimentary shipping on all order over $99. Please note that this applies to Australian orders only.
We aim to dispatch all goods that are in stock within 2-3 days from the order date.
Our pre-order items are clearly labelled with an approximate delivery date on our product pages.
- We are based in Australia but we ship internationally
- We offer a flat rate of $40 for purchases up to $250. Please contact us if you wish to place an order over this amount
- All orders are charged in Australian dollars ($AUD) and include 10% GST (Goods & services tax)
- Our shipping prices at checkout do not include any local customs and duties. The customer is liable for any charges that may be incurred
If the items you have ordered are not right for you we will gladly exchange or provide a credit note. For an exchange or credit note, you will need to contact us and return the item to us within 7 days of receiving it.

- Any returned item must be in perfect condition, with no damage to the item or the packaging
- Our candles are hand-poured and hand-dipped which can at times create tiny air bubbles in the wax. These imperfections are part of the wonderful hand made nature of these candles and are not a valid reason for return
- Any refund amount will be less ANY shipping charge
- We do not accept responsibility for lost returns in transit to us
- Any credit notes issued will be valid for 3 months
- Refunds or credit notes will be processed once the original item has been returned to us
